Easy Adoption

UPDATE: Gregory has had a family commit to adopt him!!! I am so happy for this sweet boy!!!

Look at those eyes! They melt my heart!! I have fallen in love with this sweet, little boy named Gregory! He has HIV. He has no hope of being adopted in his country of Easter Europe.

Kids that have aged out of the baby houses (orphanages) are currently living in institutions.(usually around age 4 to 6) Sadly, if they end up aging out of institutional life, there is a high likelihood they will be ill on the streets in a life of crime.

New laws in the US and Canada allow for these children to be adopted. Being in a loving family helps them access medical care and gives them the opportunity to have a normal, healthy, productive life. They can go to college, get married, give birth to healthy babies and live long enough to meet their grandchildren. He has no Mommy or Daddy to call his own. He is 6 years old. Here is his description from Reeces Rainbow..

Gregory

Boy

Date of Birth: August 22, 2005

Gregory's birthmother's rights were terminated by court decree. There is no father. Diagnosis: HIV+, functional heart murmur, astigmatism. They receive excellent medical therapy and have had their innoculations.

Gregory gets embarrassed in front of the camera. He interacts very nicely with the other children. He is a sweet little boy. More photos available.

Please, someone cross that ocean and go get him. He just had a birthday on Aug 22. He didn't get a cake or presents or even a hug. No one probably even acknowledge his birthday. Please don't let another Birthday go by for Gregory. Here is the link for Gregory..

He has $4,276.47 to be used towards the cost of his adoption. If you can't adopt another way to help is to donate to Gregory's fund.

ps. My title..Easy Adoption, well its not really easy except the part on how easy it is to fall in love with sweet, little Gregory!
