Hi Everyone! Today was Kyler's 1st baseball game. He was first one to bat and hit the ball and made it to 2nd base!! Then the second batter hit the ball and Kyler ran home and slide into home plate because the catcher had the ball by this time and Kyler was safe!! It was very exciting and I was so proud I almost cried!! Seriously had to hold back my tears!! Todays game is a tournament game which means if you win the game you go on to play another team. Kyler's team won so there next game is at 2pm today! I hope to get more pictures!! Branson also had his first soccer game today and his team won also. Branson made 4 goals! I had told him if he got 3 goals he could get a toy tonight so now that is all I am hearing about! haha! I will put the pictures up after I get back from Kyler's next game. Also got some cute picture of Jade with her hair in a little ponytail!! It is so cute! See Everyone soon!!
Hi! My name is Carolyn and I have the three best kids in the world along with the best husband ever! My oldest son, Kyler is 10. Branson is 7 and my daughter, Jade, just turned 2. My two sons have cf. We treat cf the same way we do taking a shower or brushing our teeth. You have to take a shower but you don't talk about it all day or think about it all day. You just do it. And that is the way we treat cf, we do what we need to do but thats all the attention cf gets! Then we spend the rest of the day doing things we love and have fun with! Now I know cf is more serious than brushing your teeth, ect but this is the best way I can explain it. CF is a part of our lives but we don't let it overtake our lives. I love horses and animals! I have a horse and ride English Hunter Undersaddle (jumping). I have had my horse since she was 3 and now she is 21 so for 18 years! I can't believe it has been that long! Update..our daughter Jade was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes Feb 09 ten days before her 2nd Bday. We are not sure why God has chosen this path for us and our kids but know we will continue on with love and strength and hope.
