Diet Update May 21, 2008

I just wanted to give a quick update. I have lost a total of 5 pounds! I had lost 3 pounds
and have been stuck there until last week and really started working out and really eating
less. My new goal now is another 5 pounds then I will reevaluate when I reach that goal!
